We welcome corrections, new primary documents, lightkeeper family journals, and verified botanical records from researchers, visitors, and descendants.
Our Corrections Policy
Topical authority requires accountability. When a factual discrepancy is identified, we corroborate the claim against archival sources and update the corresponding records promptly.
What We Accept
- Lightkeeper Family Records: Service dates, journal transcripts, letters, and historic station photographs.
- Geological & Quarry Records: Data relating to the 1859–1862 extraction of Gabo pink granite and colonial Public Works contracts.
- Botanical & Fauna Surveys: Herbarium accession numbers, Atlas of Living Australia sightings, or peer-reviewed ecological papers.
- Parks Victoria Updates: Track closures, accommodation condition changes, or new conservation directives.
